License The closest thing to a license for IPScan that I could find is this - * Author: Burt Alexander, June 5, 1999 Burt had actually sent IPScan to me (David Seikel) specifically for inclusion in my BPC_NO project, which has it's own license. BPC_NO is now part of the matrix-DFS project, and might have it's license modified at a later date to the matrix-DFS standard license. Burt is an aquaintance of most members of the matrix-DFS team, one of us should pull our finger out and ask him about licensing terms. I might have an email lying around somewhere that covers this subject, gotta go and look. Some sort of open source license I assume, since the form he sent it to me for public distribution included all source. In the mean time, Burt has seen BPC_NO, and has probably read it's license. While I am not legaly allowed to specify a license for IPScan, the provisions of the BPC_NO license are probably a good guide.
