matrix-RAD is an open source project, and onefang is it's official code nazi. A code nazi is the person responsible for the code in an open source project. onefang delegates code writing duties to other coders, controls the overall direction and style of coding, and makes any final decisions regarding the code. runestone is the manager, and that is all the hierachy we will ever have.

Since matrix-RAD is open source, here is where you will find the source. matrix-RAD also has an open protocol, see extendable.

matrix-RAD's official license is the Jaded Guru License. Where a different license is used for a particular part, a file called LICENSE will be included in the appropriate src directory. So far we have -

• BPC_NO an earlier and Telstra specific version of the Jaded Guru License.
• Burt Alexander's complete lack of license (the historical archive will have to be installed to see this).
• TeenyWeb's complete lack of license.
• The HSQL Development Group license.
• Jabber Open Source license.
