[The following concerns matrix-DFS, a sub project of matrix-RAD.]
matrix-DFS will provide the user with matrix-DFS aware proxies running
on their local machine. It will sit between the users normal browser
and the web (or their ISP's proxy) and intercept all transfers to matrix-DFS
aware servers, implementing the matrix protocol instead of the usual HTTP. The
same thing will apply to FTP and any other protocol that the users software
allows a proxy for.
This means that the users usual software can get the benefits of the matrix-DFS
protocol, completely transparent to the software.
